So I woke up this morning with the windows open, the temperature so perfect… you know, when it’s not cold enough to have you shivering underneath the covers, but just cool enough to make snuggling around them 5 minutes past the alarm heavenly. The birds were singing and chirping and waking me up like only Spring time can (only it’s not Spring, but don’t tell them that!). And to top it off, the sun was streaming it’s glorious golden light through the window. A sunny day! So perfect.
When I slipped happily out of bed (rare is the morning!) and saw the undisturbed fog rising quietly in the sun, I knew I had to take the opportunity to shoot some photos with my new camera. I know I’m not using it to it’s full potential yet, but I’m working on it. These photos are for the most part un-edited.
This little guy was so thrilled to see a human being early in the morning, he could barely contain his excitement. Thankfully our new training method helped him to remember not to jump.
I’m going to miss our 5 acres when we move… our own little piece of heaven.
